Behind ChurchOS Studio
Hi, I'm Andy Cains.
I've spent around 20 years serving and leading in church, alongside 16 years working in a corporate environment. ChurchOS Studio brings those two worlds together: a real understanding of church life, people and ministry, combined with professional experience in service design, operations, systems and making complicated things work better.
That combination has made church operations a particular area of expertise for me. I understand the reality behind the Sunday service: the rotas, systems, communication, venues, volunteers, admin, technology and dozens of small things that somebody has to keep moving.
ChurchOS exists to help carry some of that load. The goal is not to make churches feel more corporate. It is to build healthier systems and create more capacity, so leaders and teams can spend more of their energy on people and ministry.
